An overview of the journey..

Initial Consultation
60 minutes | $180 AUD / £150
In the first meeting with Louise you can already expect to establish a good foundation for success as you’ll discuss health goals, dietary habits and medical history as part of a thorough nutritional assessment.
The session will set the stage not only for the tailored nutrition plan that will be created for you, but also for ongoing support and guidance towards a healthier life.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or telephone and can work flexibly around your schedule.
You will also download a state of the art mobile app, where you can track your meals, fluid intake, weight and any other features that you’d like to share with Louise.
2.
Personalised Plan
$50 AUD / £60
Using information gathered from your initial consultation, Louise will calculate your daily nutritional requirements and create a comprehensive personalised nutrition plan to meet your daily needs.
A recipe-based, or meal building meal plan will be offered based on your preference. You will also be provided with individualised advice to address specific concerns that were identified in your consultation.
Your personalised health plan will bring every core component to light into a functional and structured timeline that not only is easy to follow, but should lead you to positive health outcomes, and a longer and happier life.
3.
Follow-up’s
30 minutes | $80 AUD / £70
With our ever changing lifestyles and routines, follow-up’s are essential to enable Louise to further tailor goals, or parts of your personalised plans.
It can also provide you with a chance to ask questions, and identify or bring to light any problems you may be experiencing.
These check-in’s are also important to give you accountability and motivation along the way, so that we can celebrate your success, together.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom, telephone or through a chat feature on an App.
Weekly App Feedback
When you work with Louise, you WORK with Louise. Downloading a state of the art App, which enables you to have a direct connection with Louise.
Here you can track your meals, or share images with Louise for personalised feedback. If you can’t make a follow-up call, you can opt instead to receive messaging support along the way.
