Meet Louise

Founder & Lead Dietitian

Louise is a Registered Dietitian specialising in weight management, with over six years’ experience supporting people across lifestyle, medical, and surgical weight loss pathways. She has worked across digital health and private healthcare, leading and developing dietetic and health coaching teams to deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care at scale.

Alongside clinical practice, she has supported science and medical teams by reviewing nutrition research, fact-checking health content, and translating complex nutrition science into clear, practical advice people can use in everyday life.

Louise is passionate about modern, compassionate weight care. Through Healthy Weight Dietitian, her mission is to raise the standard of weight management support — combining specialist clinical expertise with personalised, realistic nutrition care that works in real life.

Meet Sarah Jane

Specialist Dietitian

Sarah Jane is a highly skilled and registered dietitian based in Edinburgh, Scotland, originally from Dublin, Ireland. Sarah Jane has experience in the NHS and private sector working as a weight management specialist dietitian and is also a registered sports dietitian. Sarah Jane has a keen interested in the areas of weight management, sports nutrition, and women’s health.

Meet Fiona

Specialist Dietitian

Fiona graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2024 and began her career within NHS Ayrshire and Arran, where she worked across a wide range of clinical areas. Her experience includes providing nutritional support to inpatients on medical, surgical, and specialist wards, as well as delivering outpatient clinics for individuals with a variety of dietary needs.

She is passionate about making nutrition both accessible and achievable — whether that’s supporting someone to manage a medical condition, recover from illness, or simply optimise their overall well-being.
